If your new desk or bookshelf doesn't perfectly fit your space, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless return or replacement process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our support portal within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for our warehouse.
- 3.Pack with Care
Disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
